A meat restaurant run by a wholesale butcher founded in 1919 (Taisho 8). Rather than going by brand names, it selects kuroge wagyu by a trained eye and keeps it chilled instead of frozen; the signature dish is sukiyaki served in thick slices. The lunch-only sukiyaki set meal at ¥1,400 comes with a small side dish, pork miso soup and pickles.
