A plaza that opened in 2021 between Tokiwabashi Tower and the Torch Tower now under construction. Working with municipalities across Japan, it showcases the appeal of the country's regions, and includes a pond of swimming nishikigoi (koi) created with Ojiya City in Niigata Prefecture, the birthplace of nishikigoi. Part of it has been scaled back since January 2026 due to construction work, with redevelopment planned after the tower opens in 2028.
