A micro-complex created by fully renovating a former bank completed in 1923 (Taisho 12). Floors 2–4 are a hotel; the first floor houses the café "CAFE DANCE," "AKAI BAR" and the izakaya "MARUYAMA," while the basement holds a beer hall that is Brooklyn Brewery's first flagship store in the world.
