A complex of shops created by Keisuke Oyama of "ease" in the space of a former bank. It comprises a bakery, the bistro "Bistro yen" (lunch courses from ¥4,400), a coffee bar and a flower shop, and still has a large olive tree roughly 1,000 years old along with the vault from its banking days.
