It uses ingredients whose producers are known and water from Cleansui purifiers; the KAITEKI Veggie Plate, served with carrot rapée and ratatouille, is ¥1,300 (bread and soup included). Sofa seats with Wi-Fi and power outlets also suit laptop work. You can refill your own bottle here as well.
