Opened in 2024, a stand-and-eat Edomae sushi bar where the chef shapes each piece right in front of you. The signature is the ¥1,000 "Pinkoro" light-drinking set of three pieces of nigiri, a roll, a small side dish and one alcoholic drink, with the gari (pickled ginger) sour as the top pick. There are seats too, but standing is the better value.
