A meat restaurant run by a wholesale butcher founded in 1919 (Taisho 8). Rather than going by brand names, it selects kuroge wagyu by a trained eye and keeps it chilled instead of frozen; the signature dish is sukiyaki served in thick slices. The lunch-only sukiyaki set meal at ¥1,400 comes with a small side dish, pork miso soup and pickles.
A bar-style meat restaurant created in collaboration with chef Toru Wachi. The specialty is a heaping course of whole roast chicken, spare ribs and roast beef (5 dishes with 2 hours of all-you-can-drink, ¥7,500, for parties of 2 or more). Terrace seating for up to 30 that can be used even in the rain; private buyouts available.
