A temple you can reach on foot from Asakusa Station. Step one pace in from the crowds of the main street and the noise recedes around the temple gate. Put your hands together and look slowly around the grounds, and you feel the quiet particular to a temple in the middle of the city. After you have walked the Sensoji area, why not go a little farther and stop by?
