A park tucked into a corner of Yoyogi Park, right by Sangubashi Station. You can get close to the ponies or try a ride, and even just watching the horses graze from the other side of the fence is enough to make you forget you're in the middle of the city. It's a place worth a short detour on a walk heading toward Harajuku or Shinjuku.
