The ingredient-packed gomoku version is its signature, but the hidden specialty is the "Andake Yakisoba" (¥1,200), topped with nothing but an aosa seaweed-flavored sauce. The steamed noodles are finished by both deep-frying and pan-frying, and the sauce is served separately in a piping-hot clay pot. Counter seats available.
