A gyoza restaurant whose main shop is in the station building at JR Utsunomiya Station. Its hallmarks are a filling of Tochigi Yashio Pork cut into 10 mm cubes, the crisp texture of napa cabbage, and a crunchy lacy skirt, all made without garlic. The steak gyoza set meal (¥1,078) comes with free refills of Tochigi-grown white rice. Frozen raw gyoza are also available to take home.
