A museum dedicated to Shibusawa Eiichi, the Meiji and Taisho era industrialist, located just steps from Asukayama Station. Shibusawa established his main residence here in 1879 (Meiji 12) and lived here until his death at age 91 in 1931. The museum presents his life and achievements through an extensive collection of materials. His portrait also appears on the new 10,000-yen note issued in 2024.
