An art project in which 17 sculptures are dotted mainly along Marunouchi Naka-dori. The works are rotated every few years; in July 2025, Moe Nakamura's "Whirling Journey" was newly installed. There are also works by Ruri Iwata and Umberto Mastroianni. Free to view.
