このスポットについて
Completed in 1934, this masterwork by architect Shinichiro Okada was the first Showa-era building designated an Important Cultural Property of Japan. After the war it was requisitioned by GHQ. The second-floor conference and reception rooms can be visited with a free audio guide, and in November 2025 the public area on the first floor was expanded.
