A temple within walking distance of Tawaramachi Station. This part of Taito Ward still shows traces of the temple town that formed when temples were moved out of central Edo after the Great Fire of Meireki, with temples lining one block after another. Keikakuji is one of the temples in that lineage. Pair a visit with a browse through the Kappabashi kitchenware street and take a walk down the quiet back lanes.
