A temple just a short walk from Kuramae Station. The name Kayadera is said to come from a large kaya (Japanese nutmeg) tree that once stood in the grounds. The precinct sits on a corner of a street lined with buildings and shops, in a spot where you can quietly drop in on the way toward the Sumida River or Asakusa.
