A cafe with a pink exterior that makes it the easiest landmark in Hase. Around 8 kinds of vegan-friendly house-made doughnuts are lined up, with the almond chocolate glazed doughnut at ¥420 and a cafe latte at ¥600. That means one doughnut and a latte still comes in under ¥1,100.

Teishokuya Shamoji

A set-meal restaurant in Hase that opened in 2012. You can add raw whitebait as a topping, which is the most direct way to taste how close this neighborhood is to the sea. It stands at 1-15-2 Hase, in the same 1-chome as TEMPLE.

Nobuko Yoshiya Memorial House

The former residence of the writer Nobuko Yoshiya, opened to the public as a memorial house. It was designed by Isoya Yoshida, so the architecture alone is worth the visit.
