A traditional Japanese sweets shop founded in 1946 (Showa 21). The specialty Zao anmitsu (¥980) layers soft-serve ice cream over kintoki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, finished with kuromitsu black syrup. The interior conveys the spirit of mingei folk craft with custom-made Matsumoto Mingei furniture and katazome stencil dyeing by Keisuke Serizawa, and queues form for the ohagi and kishimen.
