A multi-purpose cultural complex standing between Shinsen Station and Shibuya Station, at the top of the Dogenzaka slope. Opened in 1989, it gathers into a single building the Orchard Hall, used mainly for classical concerts, the Theatre Cocoon for stage plays, a cinema, and The Museum, which hosts art exhibitions. It makes a good turnaround point on a walk up the hill.
