A small museum of wadokei (Japanese clocks), up the Yanaka slope from Nezu Station. The clocks made for daimyo households in the Edo period have a distinctive mechanism built for the variable-hour system, in which the length of one koku changes with the season. You can take your time viewing the pieces gathered by the collector Kamiguchi Guro, in the quiet of a residential neighborhood.
