A tofu shop in Motoshuku, Hinohara Village — the only village on Tokyo's mainland. The tofu is made using the clear water of the mountain valleys. It's the kind of place you'll want to stop at on the bus ride from Musashi-Itsukaichi Station up into the mountain hamlets, or partway through a walk to nearby Hossawa Falls. The aroma of freshly made tofu eases the fatigue of a mountain hike.
